SIG vs. Peak6

Looking at an offer at one and an in-person interview at the other. I have to choose between taking the interview and letting the offer explode or taking the offer. This is for full-time, not an internship, so taking the offer is definitely the safe decision, but I'd like any input on how the two places compare. Anything people could add regarding comp, performance, reputation, work-life balance, turnover, etc. would be really helpful. I found the culture fit at both places to be fine (from the relatively little I know).
