Singapore Goldman IBD

I realise that lots has been spoken about Asia as a whole. My Question is more specific towards Goldman's IBD in Singapore for Analysts.
In terms of
a.) compensation
b.) training and transferable skills
c.) interesting work and project exposure
d.) exit opportunities (including bschool, lateral transfers, geographic transfers, and industry transfers - PE, etc.)
Informed Members, please take a shot at any of the points you feel comfortable and confident about.
Thank you.

If someone could provide some insight, that would be great.

JitS: Did you get an offer from Goldman in Singapore? I have applied for a summer analyst position and haven't heard anything. It just says "application received" or something like that when I login to my application. Does Goldman ever send out rejection e-mails or do they simply give no response at all if they don't want you? Not that I am looknig forward to rejection e-mails, but I would really appreciate getting one at the moment, because that's better than just waiting forever...

hey i interned with gs in singapore (not in IBD) these are the few things abt the office

small team 15 people (3 analysts, 3 Mds) no interns they have their interns do work for them out of HK as the team is too small to give people good exposure. Training is comparable to GS elsewhere. Deal flow is great- Temasek is their big client and other companies within SEA given their rep. work quite alot with PE as well, hence exit ops to PE is good. I know someone who left GS sing for PE (top 3 fund) but based in Sing as well. Hence I would rate it as pretty good. Singapore only does M&A advisory, their Financing is done out of HK as they have a centralised pool there. Still in touch with people there hence PM if you need help.
