Situational: Is it too late to get into IB?

Hi all,

Quick situational assessment:

I have no IB internships, a 1:1 honors undergrad from Canada in economics and math, and I am entering an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance at LSE

I have one year of experience in a startup where I managed a VC raise of $3m from a quality ESG fund in the States. I really enjoyed raising capital and wanted to get into more complicated transactional work. I didn't know I wanted to go into finance until this year, hence, the lack of traditional prep. I was wondering if too late to get into IB (specifically REIB)?

Any feedback would be helpful. Cheers!
