Why not just do some squats?
Agreed, I hate all the slim/modern fit focus these days. I normally wear M shirts/polos but if they are modern/slim fit then they are far too tight but if they are size L then they are midway down my legs. As far as jeans/pants I have to get relaxed otherwise I feel like I am wearing yoga pants.

Depends on what you mean. Pants that are more fitted are good imo so you don't look like a thug. Clothing in general in the US is way too big. Don't get crazy with skin tight or anything, but definitely more fitted than your average sloppy off the rack pair of pants is good. It also depends on your body type. If you are a slimmer person to begin with it looks crisp. If you're more built, it looks like your clothes shrunk in the wash.

Most of the pants (dress or casual) on rugby.com have more of a slim but not too tight fit. Also check out J Crew and Club Monaco, a Ralph Lauren line, for their dress pants.
The Brooks Brothers "Milano" fit pants are trim, and are really nice pants.
Also, J. Crew has slim dress pants.
by slim I mean...slim lol. Not skinny but not baggy either. Its hard to find a balance between the two.
Do us a favor and stay away from slim dress pants... that goes for everyone! No one wants to see ur package bulging thru.
