Small Boutique VS. Waiting to Recruit More

Hi everyone! So I recently got an offer at a small boutique investment bank. The offer is pretty good in terms of location, pay, and deal flow, but I am worried about exit opportunities. On-Campus recruiting for us is just beginning, but this firm has given me an exploding deadline. I'm wondering if i should just accept this offer, or if I should recruit with other more "prestigious" firms. Thanks for any help/advice you guys can give!

I took a position at a small boutique. I love my office, I've got a lot of flexibility, and I'm learning how to be a BANKER, as opposed to a facilitator of the process: I have a close relationship with the seniors and am involved at almost every step of the transaction. No regrets.

A lot of people burn out of the bulges. Even people who never expect to. If you find a position at a small place where you're paid well and can learn/obtain your licensure/enjoy your junior banker years, take it and run.
