Small-Market Investment Sales vs. Institutional LL Leasing Commission
Was just wondering about this the other day - on an average basis, who takes more home in commission, a small-market investment sales broker ($1MM-$10MM, think Marcus & Millichap) or a institutional LL rep broker (think CBRE)? I would assume investment sales brokers because LL rep brokers need to split more with their team, no?
