If thats the case, what could we expect other first year buckets to come in at? Typical $5k per bucket, or will we see $10k, given the much larger number to work with.
If that was the case, the bonus for the average analyst would be roughly in line with top of the range for last year's first years, correct?
bonuses last year were seperated by $10K - could be a larger difference this year like $15K
My bad, gues I was a bit off. So how many buckets are there usually? I thought 4, but that makes for a mighty large range.
i think we'll see the band remain 20k with a 10k differential.
as far as i know, theres typically 3 tiers, but the 3rd (or 4th) tier bonuses could vary from 10-15K below 2nd tier to $0 even.
