Your mom.
Flake's mom
lunch is for wimps
beat me 2 it.
SO hardcore!! Aren't you hungry!?!?!?!?!?
Chicken/Smoked Fish + pulses.
Raises your performance hugely for a whole variety of reasons. Wont bother explaining, nothing will stop you caffeine junkies anyway.
watch your fucking mouth
Oatmeal w/ fruit in at AM
Something lean w/ vegetables in the afternoon
Something lite at dinner, nothing solid past 7pm
Hydrate extensively
Gym around 11pm
Protein shake the rest
Trying to get/stay lean?
Been there, done that. Its a hard diet to stick to consistently.
Works though.
Yah, I generally like oatmeal so that will stay, but I just want to get the metabolism back up and strip off 5-7 lbs. Sitting on your ass all day reaks havoc with your body
I try to do the same. Salad with bowl of baby carrots for lunch with a small snack in between breakfast and dinner. By eating small meals in a higher frequency, your metabolism starts to burn at a consistent rate.

I eat pieces of shit like you.
Why do you eat pieces of shit?
Why you gotta be like that?
You eat pieces of shit for breakfast?
a piece of spinach
Oatmeal and coffee is a great breakfast. Nothing in the world will keep you regular like oatmeal and coffee, except maybe mexican food, and that is probably not as good for you.
pro answer here
doritoz and pepsi
Today I'm having chicken breast and couscous
I just had salmon and lentils with rice and broccoli.
Did you cook that yourself?
Pizza, burgers, steaks, seafood.. yeah I had a legit lunch break.
Instant noodles and a muffin.
I had the special today: squid ravioli in a lemon grass broth with goat cheese profiteroles.
Chipotle or a local sub place. I cannot work all morning and then unpack some brown bag lunch, ruins my whole day if i don't get a good lunch in. I also hate cooking for myself so that factors in as well.
God I hate this place.. it's a chick's restaurant
Happy Gilmore ftw
I'm sorry if I hurt you.
Whatever free shit my company provides that day
I had top ribeye and peas today for lunch that I cooked last night. Rare...
On a Friday, usually around $400 dollar's worth of Mexican food. It's tricky to spend that much, but between the desk I think we manage it if we insist on the five gallon tubs of guacamole...
(anyone get the reference?)
chipotle. trini paki cart. rafiqis. fork and spoon. kati rolls. thai. whatever.
Chipotle is so good... I'd snort the medium heat salsa off a bum's ass to get to it if I had to.
yeah i dont get the hot but i get everything else on it. the smoked tbasco is good too. carnitas fajita burrito aiaiaiaiai
black coffee and lots of it!!!!!!
Meat. I cook pounds of lean beef, salmon and chicken on sunday and keep them in a mini fridge already cut up. It freaks my coworkers out but they are soft and weak.
Emphasis for awesomeness.
vanilla icecream and a PB sandwich
Cook all food on Sunday and store in the fridge. Usually will be chicken breast or some other protein and broccoli. Protein bars, fruit and/or greek yogurt for those long days as snacks.

^^^Real banker. +1 There is no time to eat lunch in Wall Street well at least at my firm since we are hiring but all the BB idiots we have interviewed have common sense. And we can't seem to fill the positions fast enough, has me running around like an asshole. I eat those for lunch too.
.
whatever + coffee in the AM...usually bagel or yogurt parfait
chipotle or subway or paninis or thai or salad +something for lunch....i try to keep it light because it makes me tired and sleepy if i have a heavy lunch
I might have a small snack such as fruits or something, then for dinner usually out with finance buddies, networking or sushi with work buddies. after works between 7 - 11 pm are very good hrs for networking and going out to meet girls or even events at musems, just general socializing. On monday itself I was at a gala @ the met thrown by rodman and renshaw, lots of foood and drinks, met tons of ceo's and finance people
Had a humongous cheesesteak from Big Philly's Philly Cheesesteak's... took a fucking monster dump afterwards... most excellent :)
fraterall and brotien
+1. Food is overrated. I feel you brosef.
whatever's free from the lunch presentation
everclear and cereals w/bacon.
