Social Media Giants Censoring Trump

Twitter, Google, and Facebook have all stated their intentions to block and or remove posts from Trump. I personally think all three of these companies are complete and utter cancer to to modern society, but I suppose their status as private corporations warrant the right to censor their own content. Although there does seem to be a much larger moral question around the concerning amount and political and social influence entities like these have. What do you guys think?

I think they’re doing it to cover their own asses. These huge companies just want to increase their profits, or reduce possibility of litigation. Trump’s tweets can be wild, and we see the results of the endless dog whistling. These companies want to make sure if he says anything even more direct and crazy, the finger isn’t pointed at the company for allowing it
