Social pressure at work

Hi guys,

have you guys ever had trouble focusing at work due to social/psychological pressure at work? i've encountered some nasty people and it is making it hard for me to focus. I'm not to complain here as I think this is probably common in finance, what do you guys find to be the most productive way of dealing with it?

You should describe your situation comprehensively and with few examples for people to understand your situation and provide you with a viable solution.

"I do not think that there is any other quality so essential to success of any kind as the quality of perseverance. It overcomes almost everything, even nature."

haha thanks guys. by no means do I think I got it bad, it's just that the day-in and day-out, abrasive people take a toll on working with them and focusing on the task at hand. i know this is not uncommon, but i was just wondering how everyone ignores the noise and focus on the big picture
