Soph internship help

Hi all,

I'm a sophomore fin/acct major at a non target and have an interview next month for a summer internship with a real estate/mortgage subsidiary of a major BB. I have the option of interning in either the Investment Management, Loan Asset Management, or Mezzanine Lending departments and I'm trying to decide which is best. Honestly I don't know much about any of them, although I've researched mezzanine tranches and am pretty interested, so which do you think is best in terms of experience/opps? Can anyone give me a brief overview of what each division does? Thanks
