Are there any consulting firms that offer internships to sophomores? I've heard of some people doing a Deloitte BTA internship after sophomore year. How does Big 4 Advisory sophomore year summer look to consulting firms during junior year recruiting?

McKinsey, BCG, Strategy& all have full sophomore consulting internships. Bain has a 1 week program. I also believe Accenture might have a sophomore internship but I'm not too sure on that front. As for your second question, I'm not sure how consulting firms view Big 4 advisory roles as sophomores, but it's better than no internship. Besides, consulting internships as a whole are quite rare and most of the hiring is done through full time recruiting. So don't sweat it too much.
Best bet is to do a F30 Corp Finance Internship. I did one with an F50 Aerospace company. 80% of all of the sophomores I met then ended up interviewing at Tier 1 and Tier 2 consulting firms for Junior year internships.
Yes, Deloitte hires sophomores (rising juniors) for their Business Technology Analyst Summer Scholar program. It is not a diversity program like some other MBB programs. You are in the general intern class, and treated the same as juniors (rising seniors).
