Sourcing Public Companies
What are things to look at when you’re sourcing for public companies if your firm’s strategy is to grow and build? I.e. I was looking at this tech company with 60% profit margins YoY for past 5 years, decent debt (just did an acquisition) but has experienced negative earnings for the past 5 years.
Could this be because they’re growing/making acquisitions?
How do I go about looking at a company and deciding whether this could be a business to look further into?
What are some questions I should ask myself when looking at their financials?
Thanks
