Special Situations Credit Interview

Hi,

I have an upcoming Special Situations Credit Analyst interview with a US Hedge Fund based in Asia.

It seems that their investment structures include debtor-in-possession financing, bridge loan, venture loan, convertible debt, senior mezz term loan, etc.

Coming from a corporate banking/Levfi background, how should i prepare my interview?

How different is the credit analysis and due diligence compared to corporate banking?

I plan to read “Distressed Debt Analysis” by Moyer. What else should I read up on?

Thank you!
