Specialist track
Hi folks. I have six years of professional working experience in the energy industry and recently got an offer as a specialist for a specific practice from McK. I've been trying to find out more on how a specialist's role differs from the general consulting track but there doesn't appear to be much information available online. Would highly appreciate it if anyone here have any insights to share with respect to the key differences, similarities, advancement, exit opportunities etc.
Thank you!
