S&T interviews: how are students paired with interviewers?
In phone interviews and superdays (especially this year since everything is online and seems like banks are doing 3 rounds of 30-minute one-on-one video interviews), do they pair you with interviewers from specific desks, based on where they think you would fit? Or is it totally random?
