Standardized test scores on a company's job application

I am applying to firms online (in the UK now), and many places ask for standardized test scores such as SAT and GMAT.

Would it be a bad idea if I left these blank?

I was not able to get excellent scores (mid 1300s and upper 600s) and don't want to get dinged from a first round interview because of this.

Also, do banks ask for official test score reports once you get an offer?

Thanks.
