Given my experience what's next?
Hi Everyone, I'm making this post because I don't know what my options are now and I would like some advice.
I just finished my undergrad. I've learned a lot and have gain some valuable skills, but I don't know what type of job fits my skill set.
When you say you "just finished" your undergrad, do you mean that you graduated in the summer? Was one of your internships completed in the time since then?
More context would be helpful. What did you major in? What exactly did you do as a "special assistant"? Without even knowing these basics, it's difficult to even guess what might be a good fit. From what it sounds like, the internships were good experiences, but neither seem terribly transferable to the industries you listed in terms of direct skill sets.
Another tough part is that it's generally much harder to recruit after you've left school. Hopefully you can still access Emory's career center/job postings. I'd recommend you start there to look for opportunities still available for recent grads. There should be entry level positions that don't require really specialized backgrounds.

is your current internship one of the ones you've already mentioned? maybe consider talking to your manager about career advice at some point - they might have better insight
You'd probably place well with a consulting firm in VA/DC doing work for the government.
Is there anyway I can get into a big consulting firm with my background? I don't want to work for the government really, this was just to try it out and I prefer private sector. Also the company isn't on the list you posted.
Yeah, you should be able to get into a consulting firm on this list. Probably not MBB, but that doesn't mean not to try. You're probably going to have to apply to all of them.
