Starting a fund today, anyone interest in making a billion?

How to find partners for starting a commodity pool firm?
Where should I look?
I am mostly looking at develpoing algoritimics strategies that would hedge HNW investors portfolio against an equity downturn through trading in commodity futures.
And later on getting institutional money.

I do have reasonable skills and a great proven strategy. With a 2.9 profit factor and 58% probability with $25 per trade commision and tick slippage on both sides accounted for in commodity future instrument. It's an automated strategy. I just have to define the order size. It has given a return of 380% since jan'17. With a max drawdown less than 10%.
Also I am very well versed with the laws governing the hedge fund structure and it's taxation both for US and NON-US taxable investors and funds.

Any serious candidates interested in working together, or maybe an intro call? PM me or reply.

I respect your inference that no one would invest with a loser, I kind of agree. But if there is a hope for a turnaround it can be lucrative to invest at a fair valuation, even more so than irrationally exuberant stock valuations right now, where even companies losing millions every month have billions invested into them by very rational thinking and smart fund managers. Thanks.
