Starting in M&A
I have just accepted an offer at an IB. I will be a M&A Analyst and want to have a leg up in my competition. Any news articles I can read regularly or books that I can get a more in-depth knowledge on how to structure deals, negotiate valuations, etc. will be much appreciated.
I promise you will negotiate zero valuations and structure zero deals as analyst
Sure, but it doesn't hurt for an analyst to have a better understanding of what his or her work is ultimately used for
Eh, big waste of time bro. If anything take a crash course in logo formatting, cuz that's mostly what you'll be doing
This lol - SB for you. He's in M&A so will probably have less than his fair share of logo art.
Honestly, just having a good handle on basic modeling and Excel would be a big leg up. Multipleexpansion Dot com is a good place to start, then probably Macabacus Dot com
