Starting new job in FX, any advice

Hi guys, been reading for a while and have found some very useful advice on this forum for people starting out in the industry. I'm going to start a job in FX Sales very soon at a decently sized shop and desk. For anyone out there who works in FX Corporate Sales would you have any advice for someone trying to break into the industry? E.g ways to sharpen my sales/technical/macro knowledge or things I should be prepared for going into the job. Any insight into the FX space would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
