Starting to get into investing, is now a good time?

A couple months ago I opened a basic trading account with a brokerage and dropped some of the "extra" cash I had into the account and was set on what I was going to start buying to build a basic retirement profile. With everyone pulling out their investments I'm becoming sceptical about starting to invest now.

I thought you were supposed to buy low and sell high (in theory), so would it be wrong or ill-advised for me to start buying now and wait for the market to stablize again? Or should someone buying for the first time take advantage of falling prices?https://omegle.onl/ https://discord.software/ https://xender.vip/

I understand the DYOR part and I'm not asking for what to invest in more so of a pointer if this is the right time.
