state street collateral management what to expect

Hi,
I am just finishig my masters of finance in Frankfurt and got an interview offer with state street in the collateral management department (product developement).
I recently had an internship with the ETF department in Deutsche Bank Frankfurt.

I am not sure what to expect from this position.
Does anyone have any experience regarding salary, hours ....
Can I compare this position to middle office or front office?

I don't know about this specific group, but I can tell you that State Street in Toronto is notorious for very low (far below street) pay. This is offset by their extremely relaxed corporate culture (no one works more than 40 hours a week).

interesting. Can anyone tell me what the exit ops are and what they actually do in this department. Sorry for the stupid question but i do not understand the tasks of a collateral manager.
