State Street Global Advisors
Does anyone know the entry-level compensation at SSGA? From what I know they are claiming to be the world's largest money manager by AUM. Much like PIMCO, Vanguard, or Fidelity they have established mutual funds, but SSGA is more of their instituionalized asset management dealing with hedge funds and other alternative investments.
What does anyone think of the prestige of this place? Could an analyst stint here + CFA license be a good ticket for a top-flight B-School? What about getting into single/multi strategy HF's?
Thanks!
