State street global markets

Completed round 2 of interview with state street global markets for a sales role. Currently I'm in a Canadian bank that has little presence in Asia (I'm working in Asia), appreciate if anyone has any comments on opinions of such a move, noting that SS is a custodian bank while my current is a wholesale bank. Compensation seems to be low for state street? Is it a bad move? Their sales team is bigger than my current.
