STATE STREET Interview Question

I have a preliminary interview for the SS Professional Development Program in London, anyone been through this interview and have insight they're willing to share? I'm looking for interview structure, questions asked, what they're looking for, suggestions, what NOT to say.

Thanks in advanced for any help!

First round is mainly fit. Resume walkthrough, academic coursework, leadership, etc. They told us that elementary finance questions would be asked, but I didn't receive any.

Second round was three, one-hour interviews. Behavioral/fit questions along with some more quantitative/competency questions (probability questions, market questions, etc.). There was actually one or two accounting questions in the second round, partly (I think) because a portion of the PDP is the rotation into State Street's Finance division.
