Yea I saw it. You can tell how thin he is by looking at his legs. I have cachexia too and that and my legs and arms (his are not visible) are the most obvious aspects. Hopefully he can pull through, but a low weight dramatically heightens the risk of mortality.

Sorry to hear that. I had a dramatic loss of appetite before officially discovering I have celice disease. Shit sucked.

Is it photoshopped? Possibly yes, it is TMZ after all, but that doesn't defer from the fact that he is still dying

While he is definitely ill, he is not necessarily dying. His body has trouble absorbing nutrients, that's all we know for sure. That doesn't necessarily mean he's dying anytime soon. He's too weak to serve as CEO though; being CEO of Apple is not easy, even for someone in tip top health.
