Stifel IBD London office - Any ideas?

Hello everybody,

I am considering a FT offer from Stifel in their London Office (IBD). I have other options but outside UK in smaller shops.

Is there anyone that has previously worked (or has friends) there that can tell me more about culture, working hours, people, Bonus etc?
