Stock Pitches for S&T vs. ER?

Just curious, should there be a difference between a stock pitch/trading idea for a S&T interview and a stock pitch for an ER interview?

For example, I'm guessing for ER you would generally talk about some industry trends, 2-3 specific points on the company's business itself, and then valuation / pricing...

...but would that be also appropriate for an S&T interview? Or would you drop the valuation and focus more on the specifics of the trade itself (volume, timing, etc.?) Thanks

More appropriate to think about it with ER/S vs T instead of ER vs S/T

You have got the general idea. For ER/S you want to definitely look at valuation/industry valuations, the growth of their business, their product, their competitors.

For ER and Sales what you are really putting together is a sales pitch.

For trading those things are also semi important (read not that much), but you want to focus more on catalyst/edge and trade management:
