York Water and American Water works will grow substantially due to climate change, increasing water scarcity and a growing US population. These companies have water filtration facilities in areas of high population and good natural recourses.

Perhaps a college/univerity endowment, but even if you're 20, a 50-year hold period means you would be 70, which would be a bit of a stretch.
