STORE Capital-REIT
Does anyone have any insight on STORE Capital, a REIT in Arizona. They launched their IPO this past November, and they seem like a real estate company on the rise. They focus on single tenant retail and lease-back transactions. Would this be a good opportunity to get started in the real estate industry? Here is their website www.storecapital.com
I would look elsewhere if I were you. You will get frustrated within 6 months of starting. Not much you can learn analyzing net leased properties. It will get boring very quickly.
@fez lol. Basically you're saying there is a 50/50 chance if you work in RE you will get bored considering 2 of the major 4 property types are net leased.
Have you bothered to look at the type of properties those guys invest in? What is so great about underwriting a burger king with 5 years left on the lease in the middle of Missouri? In case you didn't know, net lease properties = single tenant building with the tenant under a NNN agreement. Not a mall with tenants operating under a net lease agreement ...
