Strategic Rationale Presentation Interview?

Hey guys! I find myself at a rather interesting, if standard, point of about being interviewed for a CD position: the 4-hour case study. A brief time in which to analyze a company for strategic rationale, give a financial assessment, and assess risk factors, something I've never actually come across in other CD interviews.
While I will obviously be doing the actual critical assessment myself, I'm not quite sure how to structure it (my bank never really did such assignments, and certainly had no 4-hour anything). I was wondering if you guys had any sense as to best practices, or templates, or general advice? Very much do not want to get caught flat footed.

Also, to get in front of the train a little bit: I do not have access to any such templates from my bank and as mentioned, they aren't very helpful even when I did, so a "see what you use" approach isn't...quite as helpful.
