Student at Non Target with private equity internship looking for next step.
Im a junior at a non target and will be graduating in may next year. After graduation i want to do Investment banking/private equity but my end goal is to work for a hedge fund. I got denied from every summer banking internship i applied for.
I did get a video interview at point72 but never heard back. Last summer i did an unpaid internship for a search fund and got a lot of exposure with private equity and i loved it.
I just accepted an offer with Harbourvest Partners as an intern on the portfolio data analytics team. Where should i go from here?
