stupid excel question

Lets say cell A1 contains 'Deloitte'. In cell A2, I want it to say 'Big 4' if cell A1 contains 'Deloitte', 'KPMG', 'Ernst & Young', or 'PWC'.

What should the formula for A2 be? I've tried

=IF(A1=OR("Deloitte","KPMG","Ernst & Young","PMC"),"Big 4","Not Big 4")

but that doesn't seem to give me the results I want
