Summer Analyst vs Summer Intern

I know this has been asked before on here, but just wanted to get a up to date opinion. If you have a internship at a finance company, did real work (not just printed and got coffee), are not part of a program (got it through connections), and there are no defined summer analysts at the firm, is it ok to use Summer Analyst as the title?

Just asking because I see a lot of people using either or for pre Junior year internships.

Summer Analyst is fine. My school's career center advises that.

If finance, its always fine.

If accounting, its prob better to put intern.
