Summer Goldman - Response after final round

Hello,

I had Goldman Sachs's final round last week (september 29th).
Went quite well but I got no answer yet. They said max 2 weeks but often way less.
I would like to know:
1) do we always get an answer if rejected ?
2) in general, does a quick answer mean they are 100% sure bt the candidate or they are 100% sure not to select him ? Or can be both?
3) what is the implication about a long answer (>9 days already in my case) ? That they are hesitating ? Wait for other assesment centers to compare ? That they waitlisted me ?

Any other information about the way they make their choice la ofc welcome ;)

Thanks in advance !
