summer mentorship program

hey I'm a rising jr at a state school near the east coast UVA/UNC/Mich (a target I guess?). After my freshman year I did a diversity program with a BB bank (CS/BAML/Citi), interviewed for their sophomore program which I didn't get, and was in their summer mentorship program which I didn't really do much with (still talk to my mentor though).

I'm in the mentorship program again this year and I wanted to ask for some suggestions on how to get the most out of the program this year going into junior SA recruiting. Thanks

As background I have a 3.3-3.4 so I've been networking really hard (haven't missed an OCR event since freshman year; have met analysts/associates, directors and the head of GCM recruiting etc; and I'm pretty close our campus recruiter). I've been spending a few hours after work everyday to study for interviews (WSO, M&I and WallStreetPrep) since with my GPA I don't have room to miss one.

they connect you with an analyst or associate from your campus recruiting team and suggest you set up a call every 2 to 3 weeks. They have a long list of suggested topics (why Bank X, why banking?, what do you like/not like, mock interview, have them connect you with other people at the bank, etc). There's more stuff on the list than I imagine a busy analyst has time to go through with you so I'm trying to figure out how to most efficiently use the "face time".
