Yeah I'd add 30~ seconds per mile for treadmills. They make you look like you're faster than you actually are.

Still that brings you to slightly below 7min/mile which is pretty good for 10+miles.

Also, idk how much rest you got in btw intervals. That makes a lot of difference.

Thanks bro. I did a faster 6:04 pace 18:12 Treadmill 3mi tonight.

I felt like crap before. Didn't even feel like running. With every step walking to the treadmill I wanted to turn around and not run. But, I needed to run. Once I started running, I realized how fresh my legs felt and it was easy running after getting my rhythm.

This is also part of a 100 day virtual running challenge.

Hm, difference I noticed on the treadmill:

- I struggle more to keep at least 15 kmph, mostly due to lack of focus, while I do that comfortably outdoor

-sprinting at the end is a lot easier and I can last a lot more, say 2-3 minutes at 18-19-20 kmph, depending on whether I am able to trigger my energy

I feel like I'm jumping through though, thus not a fan.

5 rounds in a day is crazy though. Fairly sure I'd be pretty tired by the third and unable to keep up with the speed.

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.
