Anyone here very knowledgeable about laptops/computers?
Thanking of purchasing the Surface Pro 4 Laptop (15”) instead of the standard X1 Carbon. Just like it more cause of the looks but performance wise is it a downgrade? Just standard modeling, so primarily excel based, ppts etc.

I used a surface during college. It was a fine tool, but the keyboard it came with was generally a little cramped in my opinion. I often found myself bringing a keyboard if I was going to be doing a lot of modeling or excel work for a class. That being said, I could always just go to a computer lab too.
