Take Middle Office Job at BB or Continue Recruiting for IB?
Received an offer from a BB that is in the FO but the job is more of a MO position (there's a lack of exit opportunities & low bonuses). I have a few days to accept but I want to do IB. As of right now, I only have 1 IB interview lined up and I've gotten into a few other early programs but I'm not completely sure if they will be doing interviews. Should I accept the MO position or continue recruiting?
The dilemma is that the MO job will be for 2022 (junior year summer) and lead into a FT role.
