Taxpayer money going toward getting illegals fair pay

Can ANYONE explain this to me? I

With all the crap America is going through right now, the Obama administration decides to spend TAX PAYER money on this bull?

Isn't this against the Federal Immigration & Nationality Act which says something along the lines of "it is 'illegal' to both knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions and assist an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization"?

Unemployment is over 10%, Arizona police officers are being threatened by name by the drug cartels, the cartels have taken over parts of Arizona, we are in debt up to our eyeballs, the gulf is turning black, our military has no respect for the commander in chief and Obama is worried about ILLEGALS getting fair pay?

How can anyone in their right mind still like this guy..... this guys approval rating should be in the 20s, not 40.

I'm white, and a non-American citizen: so can i haz free BB j0b ploz? i rly wna u no... work ilLEGALLY. I'm pretty sure it was Troll who was having (or still has) serious work permit problems with a guaranteed internship, yet (at least in my country) too many fricking illegal immigrants are offered roast turkeys on gold platters, with some free gold bars for the trip to their new residences and spanking new x citizenship. While on the topic, how hard is it to get a Green card if I had been in an investment bank 2-3 years (and say a 2 year MBA program completed in America)? Would I have to work in America x years for a financial firm then apply for the best chance of being granted one? Obviously when the time comes I will look into it, but I'm wondering if any of you monkeys out there have done this yourself and would be able to offer me any personal tips/advice. Thanks in advance.
