Teams Falling Apart/No Headcount, Which Is It?

Alright lads, every week now there is a new post about analysts/associates quitting and groups being decimated, yet I can hardly see any new positions opening up and as a current student I felt that FT/SA hiring this year was very though (when comparing with students in previous cohorts) and there were fewer spots to go around  etc., so which is it? Speaking for London mainly.


Also if you have a FT spot open for a new analyst let me know, I can eat double decker shit sandwiches all day and I have 0 life (even before Covid) outside of work, so I would be a perfect fit for those sweaty groups.

 

First of all, you are retarded.

Second of all, if you are a Prospect student why is your title Analyst 1?

Third of all, no firm is going to overhire summer interns who will be joining 4 months later only for 8 weeks just because more analysts than anticipated have quit.

Lastly, stop making low quality posts and start thinking how you can gain an edge in the next recruitment period because you have clearly failed this round.
