Hey guys- was wondering if anyone had a list of technical questions that one might expect to be asked during a CRE interview. I have seen some IB questions but curious what kind of technical questions might be asked during an interview for an analyst position of some sort.

Know how to walk thru a DCF, how to value the company, what happens if to income statement if income goes up by 10, what is a cap rate, what does ebitdar stand for, How does interest rate on construction loan work, what is a DCF, a building has a return of 10% year one so what is the IRR, how does a building raise money and how is this different from how a corporation raises money, walk me through the building acquisition process, walk me through a real estate income statement, walk me through calculating a cap rate, walk me through finding NOI with just a cap rate, walk me through finding building value with just a cap rate, walk me through finding cap rate with building value and NOI, walk me through finding NOI with Building value and cap rate, walk me through finding interest payment on interest only loan, walk me through what mezz debt is
