Textbooks for Industrial Real Estate

Hey WSO - Does anyone have a good textbook for learning about industrial real estate deals? I'd like to get into the nitty grity: lease structures, requirements, terms, construction, etc, etc.

Thanks!

Not a textbook but for construction - "Rules of Thumb for Distribution/Warehouse Facilities Design"
Written by a very well known industrial architect - HPA. Some info might be dated but most of it is still relevant. I'm sure it is available digitally for free somewhere.

I posted a link about a year ago that goes deep down the rabbit hole on construction/specs.

Feel free to AMA. I live and breathe industrial acquisitions over half of my waking life.

I came here just to post up that link.. damn it's been a year since I read through that. Really great stuff in there, I actually landed an offer at one of the big brokerages for their industrial space by citing some stuff off there. I'd give you multiple SB's if I could
