The Downside of Being "Fratty"

Interesting, but I have seen many frat guys that seem rather immature. While I think that social skills are extremely important to succeed in banking, you don't need to be "fratty". In fact, if you were fratty, the client might find that a little off putting.

The right balance is to be polished, stoic in behavior, interesting, and someone who sounds smart. I'm not into politics, but Barack Obama seems like a guy who can be an excellent banker from the way he presents himself.

It relates to the earlier post of "Banking Needs Sacrifices". I started a new post as the original post intended took a different turn into the importance of being fratty.

Bullish:

It was still pretty horribly written, and you came off as a retard. Also, please explain what a "fratty" personality is. I'd really love to hear what this entails, in your mind.
