I enjoyed watching that. I think using the term rigged is inaccurate. Doesn't that imply that there is someone in control of the prices? That certainly is not the case.
"Rigged", I think, is an exageration. It is basically a dramatic term used to capture Main Street's attention. It is not rigged. The true way to explain it, in my opinion, is that the market's architecture has some flaws and some will take advantage of them. It is like a person with a mountain bike racing a person on a state of the art road bike during a triathlon. The race is not rigged, the guy on the good bike just has more money, better technology and will therefore perform better than the guy on the slow and heavy mountain bike. Prop shops don't hire exchange architects to give a false impression.
