The Linneman Letters

Everyone is familiar with Peter Linneman, but recently through networking I was recommended to start reading the Linneman Letters, and I went to his website but could not figure out how to subscribe to the letters. Might be a dumb question, but was trying to figure out how to actually subscribe or access these, as it wasn't really pushed on his website.

Hello, I recently emailed the firm to inquire about subscribing, I received the following response:

"Thank you for reaching out with interest in The Linneman Letter. You may know that this publication is considered a must read by many in the real estate and investment industry and I am glad that you have shown an interest. I have attached a copy of a recent edition so that you may see what we offer. Our subscription pricing model is geared toward companies with multiple users, however, we do have a few individual subscribers at a discounted annual rate of $1,000. That would include:

  • Four quarterly electronic issues featuring Dr. Linneman’s thoughts on current events and updates on the real estate markets.
  • Proprietary access to 5-year MSA employment and vacancy forecasts for office, industrial, multifamily, hotel, and senior housing markets.
  • Quarterly capital markets webcasts featuring Dr. Linneman

The spring edition was recently released so the timing would work well to join us. I would be very pleased to work with you to move forward with a subscription or to help you in any way with questions about the product, our research and data. It would an honor to have you among our clients.

I know it takes time to read and evaluate the Letter so I will make note to touch base with you next week to follow up. However, feel free to contact me directly for more information or to discuss in greater detail."

PM me if you would like me to send you the PDF Attachment of the Letter Sample.

Cheers
