In a sense, yes.. Because you have exposure to more projects / industries. You learn more, build a network, and maybe even get to specialize in something. But, I would think there is some kind of sweet spot, where your not too experienced or vice versa. Haven't yet figured this out though
I have no experience in consulting, but just came to say that for basically every job the longer you stay your salary increases.
