Georgetown is a great school, but it's not a business school on par with those two. I'd probably pick Vanderbilt or Northwestern over Georgetown as well to be honest.

The clear answer is Duke. If your goal is top placement in high finance then Duke gives you the best chance. It's a half step under the Ivy League and has a ton of students from the Northeast United States.

There must be a different date for international acceptance. Their website says early June for transfer applicant responses.
