They come with a deep network of famous friends, from rapper Jay-Z to rocker Dave Matthews, as well as a fan-base built up since 1993, when the group first broke out of Philadelphia.
I think Fallon is a doucher personally, but the roots are the truth, I might have to dvr this show just to hear them play every night.
That's dope - no idea how the roots will play as a backup to a talk show, but I think it's cool. A lesser band might be accused of selling out, but they're too cool for that statement
